Statesman's right hand man so to speak. :) Rick Dakan - Former Lead Designer ( 19 items ) Rick Dakan was one of the original founders of Cryptic and in charge of City of Heroes developement. General ( 1 items ) General information that does not fit in any specific area. Statesman - Jack Emmert - Lead Designer ( 16 items ) Statesman is '"The Man" when it comes to anything City of Heroes. He is the Lead Designer in all aspects of the game.
